Refund & Return Policy

Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic and personal care tools, including lymphatic drainage brushes, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used.

Eligible Refunds

Refunds are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The product is defective

  • The wrong item was received

In such cases, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used cosmetic tools

  • Personal care products that have been in direct skin contact

  • Items returned due to personal preference or dissatisfaction after use

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are not covered by us.

  • In most cases, returns are not required. If approved, a partial or full refund may be issued without requesting the product back.

Refund Processing

Once your claim is reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours after purchase.
Once processing or shipping has begun, cancellation is no longer possible.
